    Doughnut lovers across the nation have a leg up on almost all other foodies. The holiday celebrating the prized pastry of fried dough, not only comes once, but twice a year. The first, National Donut Day, takes place on the first Friday in June of every year. Then, five months later, National Doughnut Day is celebrated on Nov. 5.
